Terms & Conditions
Your referral may be any company that has not previously been our client or a company with which we have not worked as a client or prospective client within 1 year
If the same client referral is made by more than one referrer, the first referrer (based on the timestamp of the New Client Referral form) will be eligible for the $1,000 Referral Fee
You will receive a check in the amount of $1,000 from Sourcer within 10 business days after we receive our first payment for the placed contractor from the referred client
There's no limit to the number of qualified client referrals you can make
The $1,000 fee applies only to referrals of clients utilizing Sourcer's talent acquisition platform and does not apply to any other service offering or practice
All information on the New Client Referral form must be accurately provided
This referral fee program is subject to state and federal tax laws
Sourcer reserves the right to change any aspect of the program or discontinue the program with or without notice
